• Seamless Multi-Device Connectivity: The service is engineered to support multiple devices simultaneously without compromising speed.
• Low Latency & Speed: It offers ultra-fast Wi-Fi connectivity and low latency compared to typical 4G experiences. This allows for lag-free gaming, smooth streaming, and reliable video conferencing.

Data Plans and Entertainment Bundles

Dialog has introduced three primary, tax-inclusive monthly plans for the Air Fibre service:

• 100GB Plan: Priced at Rs. 2,795.
• 200GB Plan: Priced at Rs. 3,795.
• 300GB Plan: Priced at Rs. 5,495.

As a bonus, these packages come bundled with complimentary access to over 100 TV channels via the Dialog Play app, along with other attractive entertainment subscriptions.

The Installation Process

To ensure a high-quality experience, Dialog has a comprehensive validation process. Once an order is confirmed, a technical team will schedule a visit to your premises within 48 hours. During this visit, they will assess the indoor Wi-Fi coverage and identify the optimal location for the router.

If the technical assessment determines that the 5G coverage at your location is not sufficient for a reliable experience, Dialog will not proceed with the installation. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of their payment within 7 working days.
